The shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes and delivery charges.
The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
We dispatch orders within 5 calendar days of your order. Orders arrive within 5–10 calendar days after dispatch.
Where an estimated delivery date is provided, it is an estimate unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. If a delay affects your order, we will let you know and explain the available next steps. This does not affect your statutory rights relating to late delivery.
We will send a dispatch confirmation when your order is on its way. Where tracking is available, the confirmation will include the tracking details.
Please check your delivery address and contact details before placing an order. If you spot a mistake, email support@hopdesign.net as soon as possible. We will try to update the details, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected period, tracking shows a problem, or your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us with your order number and details. Please keep the packaging where possible; photos of any damage can help us investigate.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange any replacement or refund required by your consumer rights. For delivery arranged by us, the goods remain our responsibility until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession. If you independently commission a carrier that we did not offer, different statutory risk rules may apply. Your mandatory rights remain unaffected.

For EU consumer purchases covered by our EU Consumer Addendum, we bear any import duties, import VAT, customs-clearance fees and related carrier handling charges arising from import for your EU delivery. You are not required to pay these import charges. The EU delivery and consumer-rights provisions in that Addendum also apply.
